Everyone at Xist4, both professionally and personally, uses the resources and services provided by Nature every day, and so we must act responsibly.
We’re committed to doing all we can to reduce Xist4’s carbon footprint and impact upon the planet. This means examining all our activities to see how we can do them more sustainably and recognising that even the smallest of changes can add up to greater positive change.
Although the state of the planet affects everyone, disadvantaged and marginalised people generally suffer most from the negative effects of climate change and environmental degradation. A sustainable society is a fair and equal one where everyone has the same opportunity for a good quality of life.
As a specialist search consultancy, we focus upon inclusion and diversity to help those who are often overlooked to be able to fulfil their potential. That’s why we are strong proponents of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal number 5, Gender Equality.
