Incorporating sustainability and social purpose with every assignment

We have a choice – to bemoan the problem or become part of the solution to the challenges facing the environment in which we all share and the impact this has on many people in society. Xist4 has opted for the latter.

Organisations, both large and small, have an opportunity to make a positive impact on people and planet by embedding sustainability and social impact at the very core of their businesses. For us, that means several things.

Xist4 is supporting the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goal on gender equality. We are onboard with our home city of Bristol’s One City Plan that aims to achieve a fair, healthy, and sustainable environment where everyone has access to good quality jobs. This in turn will help reduce both inequality and deprivation among many disadvantaged communities.

And we are supporters of the Black & Green Ambassador initiative which works to encourage people from diverse backgrounds into sustainability.
