We are a small business. Our direct environmental impact is limited. But we believe that how a business operates, the clients it chooses to work with and the causes it supports, reflects what it actually values rather than just what it says it values.
We are committed to reducing our own carbon footprint, working towards a paperless operation and making responsible choices in how we run the business day to day.
We also recognise that the organisations doing the most important work on climate, clean energy and sustainable infrastructure are the ones we actively recruit for. Supporting the growth of Greentech businesses by helping them find the right people is one of the most direct contributions we can make.
And we believe a sustainable future has to be a fair one. Environmental challenges fall hardest on those with the least. That is why our commitment to inclusion and equal opportunity is inseparable from our broader values as a business.
