Job Description

IT Helpdesk Support Engineer wanted in a key infrastructure and user support position. You will be a key player responsible for the company’s entire London IT infrastructure. Providing you with a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on with some of the following; Microsoft Azure, O365, Microsoft Power App, Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Azure DevOps.

We would love to hear from experienced customer-service orientated technical IT Support professionals who enjoy taking calls, providing general IT support, solving incidents from start to finish, and have strong commercial experience in MS Azure (mainly IaaS/PaaS) and O365.

** Please take note. This IT Helpdesk Support Engineer role is an Office-Based position.

IT Helpdesk Support Engineer - Key Skills:

We are keen to speak to experienced IT Helpdesk Engineers, IT Analysts, Desktop Infrastructure Analysts or Technical Support Engineers.

To be successful within this role, you will:

- Possess strong MS Azure infrastructure support and administration experience. Good familiarity with IaaS and PaaS.

- Possess strong working knowledge of MS Office O365. Providing daily user support and administration duties on the suite.

- Be highly customer-focused and someone who enjoys investigating, solving, and troubleshooting various user and non-user related technical issues.

- Be comfortable working as the sole and key point of contact in a small but bustling office.

- Have daily experience working with Windows 10 and IT hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Printer, mobile devices, network equipment).

- Have experience in any of the following: MS Power Apps, MS Dynamics, MS Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), M365 Fundamentals (MS-900) or MS DevOps.

About the IT Helpdesk Support Engineer role:

- Supporting twenty-four users and managing all the tools, software and equipment they use.

- Performing daily MS Azure support and administration duties.

- Performing various activities, including; Taking calls, emails and cases from end-users.

- Investigating and solving user problems.

- Participating in all IT Infrastructure projects and tasks. Including Microsoft Azure and O365 Administration.

- Automating system administration tasks and business processes using Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft PowerShell Scripting or Microsoft SQL queries.

- Writing and maintaining end-user documentation.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: £45-50,000 (negotiable).

Core Hours: 09:00-17:30 Monday – Friday.

Discretionary Bonus: Typically 10% pay-out

Holiday: 23 days + Bank Holidays

Pension: 7.5% company contribution
