MS Dynamics 365 Support Developer - Key Skills:

We are keen to speak to professionals with good MS Dynamics 365 experience. The successful individual may have previous or current experience as a Support Developer, Consultants, Analysts or CRM Specialists.

To be successful within this role, you will:

- Have solid experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM. Including configuration, administration and development.

- Have experience/knowledge of Power Apps.

- Have experience in requirements gathering, designing, implementing and documenting solutions.

- Know about Azure or SharePoint.

- Be capable of working independently and remotely.

- Have excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

About the MS Dynamics 365 Support Developer role:

You will be involved in all stages of the development lifecycle, from meeting with users to discuss requirements through the design stages to implementation and support.

Responsibilities include:

- Maintaining, developing and deploying technical solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps.

- Meeting users with development requirements, developing specifications and contributing ideas and experience to the process of recommending suitable solutions.

- Providing ongoing support for technical solutions, including responding to failures, diagnosing problems from end users and resolving issues.

- Documenting the design, operation and maintenance of in-house systems and guiding support staff.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: £50-55,000 (negotiable)

100% Remote Working: Yes. Work from home.

Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays. Rising to 30 days after five years.
