Location: Clevedon, North Somerset

Salary: £28-30,000


Software Product Support - Key Skills:


- Software Support, Application Support or Product Support related experience.

- Experience delivering 1st and 2nd line software support.

- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.

- Understanding of web technologies e.g. HTML, CSS3 or JavaScript.

- Good IT customer support experience.

- IT related degree, HND or BTEC qualification.

- Must have good English communication skills.

- Must be eligible to work in the UK.


About the role:


Your role as a Software Product Support will involve:

- Delivering 1st and 2nd line software product support to agreed SLAs.

- Providing pre-sales technical support and consultancy.

- Delivering user training and contributing to written user guides and training course content.

- Managing the delivering software cloud services.

- Examining and scoping change requests.

- Cataloguing requirements and identifying solutions.

- Testing fixes and performing post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.

- Coordinating the release of product configuration updates, software updates and fixes.

- Managing the relationship with third party software developers and suppliers.

- Assisting with customer data migration through a formal ETL process.
