Software Engineer x3 (Visual C# and/or C++)

Three software engineer positions available, suitable for straight graduates through to experienced software engineers.


Software Engineer - Key Skills:


- A good degree in computer Science, Engineering, Maths or related subject.

- Visual C# and/or C++ software engineering experience.

- Good understanding of UML.

- Good understanding of software development life cycle.

- Knowledge of systems integration.

- Must be willing to work in Dorchester and live within commuting distance.

- Must have excellent English communications skills.

- Must be eligible to work in the UK.


Software Engineer - Nice to have:


- Experience with in any of the following is advantageous;

- Automated machinery

- Robotics

- Machine Vision

- Machine Learning

- Motion Control Systems

- Kuka

- ABB

- Cognex or Beckhoff

- PLC Programming


About the Role:


Your role as a Software Engineer (Visual C# and/or C++, Machine Learning, Robotics, Machine Vision) will be varied and challenging and will involve:

- Writing and developing machine orientated programs.

- Full life cycle development

- Use of UML, design patterns and sequence diagrams.


The successful Software Engineers (Visual C# and/or C++, Machine Learning, Robotics, Machine Vision) will enjoy a challenge and will be involved in working with industrial systems and applications.
