Technical Support Engineer (Windows Server, MS Exchange, Office 365)

Location: Clevedon, North Somerset

Salary: £30-35,000 package (negotiable dependent on experience).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technical professional to move into a more niche role. Our client is offering the opportunity to gain expertise in email migration projects and software support.

Technical Support Engineer - Key Skills:

- Technical Support or Internal Systems Support experience.

- Must have good experience of problem solving and trouble-shooting technical issues.

- Experience of two or more of the following areas:

- Microsoft Exchange

- MS Exchange Administration

- Windows Server

- Office 365 Administration

- SQL Server

- Powershell

- Email Migration

- Email Archive

- Must be an excellent communicator.

- Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Technical Support Engineer - Nice to Have:

- Experience of an email migration project is desirable.

About the Role:

This Technical Support Engineer role (Windows Server, MS Exchange, Office 365) will involve:

- Problem solving in Microsoft server environments and applications.

- Supporting projects involving the movement of data from system to system.

- Resolving all issues around email data migration projects.

- Problem management and undertaking Root Cause Analysis.

- Keeping up-to-date with relevant technologies, systems and platforms.

- Attend training courses as required, either remotely, via the web, or on-site and undertake certification as required.
