Xist4 celebrates passing the REC Compliance Test

At Xist4 we are dedicated to IT recruitment, striving to always be the best in everything that we do which is why we belong to the REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation).

As the largest trade body within the recruitment industry, the REC is committed to raising ethical standards by requiring all members to sit a Compliance Test upon joining and subsequently every two years.

The Compliance Test must be passed by a company if they wish to retain their membership and we are extremely proud to announce that Xist4 recently passed the statutory test with a pass mark of 91%. The Test has been designed to assess a member company’s knowledge of key industry legislation through a series of multiple choice questions along with their depth of understanding about the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, as well how well they know the REC’s Code of Professional Practice.

With the pass mark set at 75%, Xist4 has demonstrated that they really do know IT Recruitment.
