Salary: To £25,000 (negotiable).

Location: Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham

Our client is looking for a personable, highly communicative and outgoing IT Helpdesk/Technical Support professional.
The successful candidate will be approachable, friendly and at ease with communicating with people at all levels.

IT Helpdesk/Technical Support Engineer - Key Skills:

- 1st line, 2nd line and systems and Server Support experience.
- Experience working in a professional services or IT Services company is essential.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Must be a people person, and comfortable communicating at all levels.
- Good Windows Client and Server experience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (including Macros, Styles and templates).
- Experience supporting systems and networks.
- Knowledge of any Project Accounting Software.
- Must be capable of delivering user training.
- Must be an excellent communicator and have excellent English written skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.

IT Helpdesk/Technical Support Engineer - About the Role:

Your role as the IT Helpdesk/Technical Support Engineer will involve:

- Providing excellent support and customer service.
- Assisting the team in the maintenance and development of macros, styles and templates in MS Office applications.
- Monitoring and maintenance of systems and networks.
- Installation and configuration of hardware and software applications.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software faults and queries.
- Assisting in the delivery of IT projects, including the planning and delivery of training to end users.
