Location: Taunton

Salary and benefits: £55-65,000, Pension Scheme and Private Health Care

- Experience implementing process and system improvement initiatives.

- Tech environment experience.

- Experience managing tech professionals.

- Proven man management experience.

- Proven experience developing managers.

- Change management experience.

- Must live within easy commuting distance of Taunton.

- Good English verbal and written communication skills.

- Must be eligible to work in the UK.

About the Role:

Your responsibilities as Technical Customer Services Manager will include:

- Analysing departmental and working practices, challenging the norm, identifying and delivering process and system improvements.

- Providing detailed statistical analysis of your findings to support change and improvements.

- Presenting to stakeholders your improvement and change propositions.

- Initiating and driving continuous customer service improvement programs.

- Managing and motivating a team of professionals that include 1 junior managers and 17 team members.

- Actively managing and promoting personal development of the Junior Managers.
