IT Helpdesk Support Engineer - Key Skills:

- Helpdesk Support experience.
- Passion for IT tech and computing.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Experience of using Windows and common applications (office etc.)
- Ability to provide technical support over the phone; with excellent phone skills, in a professional and helpful manor.
- Must be an excellent communicator.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.

IT Helpdesk Support Engineer - About the Role:

Your role as the IT Helpdesk Support Engineer will involve:

- Providing excellent support and customer service to all customers.
- Taking ownership of cases to provide the best possible service for our customers.
- Responding to queries and requests from all emails and callers.
- Continual communication with customers, setting expectations on time frames and keeping them informed throughout.
- Following any standard Helpdesk operating procedures; accurately logging all Helpdesk tickets within agreed SLA’s.
- Becoming familiar with helpdesk systems, procedures, policies and services.
- Being proactive with the continuous development of improving customer service.
